Blending sake with two of Mexico’s unique products – mezcal and xtabentún, an aromatic liquor from the Yucatán Peninsula – Kaito’s head bartender Claudia Cabrera created the tropical Tigre Verde (Green Tiger), a refreshing drink you can shake up wherever you are.

Ingredients

60ml Sake
30ml Espadín mezcal
15ml Ytabentún liquor
60ml Pineapple juice
30ml Simple syrup
15ml Lime juice
Citrus bitters
Basil

Preparation

1. Pour all the ingredients into a shaker filled with ice, and shake vigorously.

2. Strain and pour into a Collins glass with ice, and add three dashes of citrus bitters.

3. Garnish with basil leaves.
