Spice Rub for Chicken, Pork & Fish

For beef burgers and roasts, use half the amount of sugars and twice the salt and pepper.

1 cup White Sugar
.5 cup Brown Sugar
.5 cup Course Salt
.25 cup Smoked Paprika
2 tbsp Black Pepper
2 tbsp Celery Salt
2 tbsp Granulated Onion
2 tbsp Granulated Garlic
2 tbsp Chili Powder
1 tbsp Cumin
1 tbsp Coriander
1 tbsp Mustard Powder
2 tsp Oregano
2 tsp Cayenne Powder
1 tsp Ginger Powder
